Chiney Ogwumike scored a combined 30 points and had 23 rebounds in Stanford’s women’s basketball road sweep of the newest members of the Pac-12 at Utah and Colorado over the weekend. That was enough for the sophomore forward to earn her first Pac-12 Player of the Week honors.

Aaron Bright scored seven of his game-high 16 points in the final 4:43 of play to help Stanford beat visiting USC, 51-43, Saturday in a Pac-12 contest. Josh Owens added 12 points and nine rebounds for the Cardinal (12-2, 2-0), who ended a three-game losing streak to the Trojans.
