Music: Stanford Jazz Festival
As a “preview” show for the Stanford Jazz Festival, which runs June 22-Aug. 4 this summer, jazz singer Kitty Margolis will perform at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow, June 14. The concert is at the Oshman Family Jewish Community Center, 3921 Fabian Way, Palo Alto.

The city of Los Altos kicks off its series of free outdoor summer concerts tomorrow, June 14, with a performance by classic-rock band The Shanks. Weekly concerts continue through Aug. 9, with shows from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in various parks.
